We first began our company nearly twenty years ago in 2001, located in Dongguan, Shenzhen in 2001. We have set up strict quality control procedures to guarantee product quality. The steel for main structural parts has been pretreated. What’s more, we adopt different process technology according to the different properties of the raw materials.
We have purchased many pieces advanced processing equipment, such as large-scale horizontal lathe, heavy floor-type milling/boring machine, CNC gear hobbing machines, CNC lathe machine and so on. These machines easily meet the processing requirements for all kinds of structural parts, like rotating beam and beam, and lay the foundation for high precision assembly.

Today, we have an experienced and passionate production staff. They assemble each part strictly according to the regulations to ensure the assembly error is within a reasonable range.

Meanwhile, we set up an electric hoist assembly shop where we can assemble the electric hoist shell, electro motor, transmission mechanism, winding drum and chain wheel to European electric hoist.

Additionally, rows of electrical cabinets and driving cabs are arranged in our designated assembly shop. According to “5S” management, everything is classified and arranged in a specific area with identification. In this way, we can ensure safe production with high efficiency and low energy consumption.
